I have a 2026 sq. ft. house for sale or rent in the Broussard area. If anyone is interested in looking at it please pm me your info and I can tell you more. It is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with built in swimming pool in the back. We have dropped the price for sale to $238,500 or $1950 a month rent.
